The weekend is here, now what ya gonna do?

When I was in my twenties, on the weekend i looked forward to going on dancing and hanging out with friends. Now that i am a woman of a certain age (yes i am not telling my age)when the weekend comes I want to get myself a cocktail and relax!
so it's friday, what do you look forward to doing?

I rarely drink but just the other night I was craving for a baileys on the rocks - yummy! I haven't had that in years - I use to party hard out too but not these days, I don't have the energy for that anymore.
My son is a little under the weather tonight, so we both are camping out on his bedroom floor (on matresses that is) watching a movie called "Otis and Milo." He's enjoying it while I am on here catching up on some mylot discussions. His father is watching NBA games on tv in the lounge!
In the weekends I look forward to spending time with my hubby and son. We do family stuff together, take a ride somewhere, sightseeing, go to a movie or the mall or something. Weekends are our family time mostly.

oh girl i have three kids a husband, a dog, a sister, full time job and trying to start my own online business, i need a dang drink every night!!! but like you i am not really into the club thing any more. i love being with my family but i do need my away from family with friends times too.

Yup I need my away time too, thats why I love the week days (when I am not working). My husband is at work and my son is at school so I have the house to myself from 8am to 3pm except Mondays, Saturdays and Sundays - lots of time for me to do whatever I want haha!

I'm seventeen.. I just post on online forums.. chat with my friends.. check mail.. do errands that my mom asks me to do (like buying something from the grocery).. classes here (in the Philippines) will start next week so I'll be really busy again..

I am in my early twenties but rarely do I go out on my day off. I would rather stay home and take a good rest. I sleep all I want, I stay online and update my blog. If I go out that would only be for a few hours, maybe watch a movie and go to a restaurant with my friends. I don't have a night life, but I am happy!
