how anxious are you?

as we all know (or should know) mylot updates its info daily.. earnnings ratings etc all update 7 times a week.. and in todays day and age most things are automated which also usually means it happens like clock work.. for example my pay goes into the bank within the same 15 minute window every week.. so my question is this..
when you notice on mylot that the earnings updated 1 day ago.. how anxious do you get to finally update? its usually done within 24 hours but it doesnt seem to be much more narrow a time frame than that.. do you reload every few minutes until it updates? do you come back and check later? do you even care?
i personally like to see all the new updated numbers but i dont sit there waiting for it to happen i just continue to post things as i would if it said 2 or 6 hours or anything else.. just curious what you all do when you notice its gonna change soon

haha i figure it drives quite a few crazy waiting on it to update.. it should keep counting in hours at least.. say 24 25 26 hours etc instead of 1 day.. maybe it does say 1 day 1 hour? i dunno.. ive never seen it

I pretty much don't mind with the updates, as I'm nowhere near the minimal amount I need for updating, but still I guess it's nice to see when I get on that it's shot up.

i like to see the ratings update more than the money.. i dont expect the money to ever go up by dollars at a time etc but its nice to see where i fit in with different interest groups

I tend to be on mylot when it is near updating, or near the pc when your on mylot when its near update time lol. So i always get updated about the update no matter when it happens.. It seems to always be around 25 hours or so i think. Cause it says 24 hour ago and then switched to 1 day, and then it will update..
I have noticed sometimes though it will update, and then RE-UPDATE again shortly after, as if mylot may have changed something manually or something ? I dunno. But i'm never like OMG I can't wait for the update i'm going to pee myself waiting.. I just am patient about it, and when it happens it happens.

haha that would be classic if someone pee'd themselves cuz they wanted to see the update before they went to relieve themselves lol.. reminds me of a similar situation.. a guy in wolfville sh*t himself whilest watching a download cuz it failed a few times.. he actually tried to blame the people who sold him the computer for making him sh*t in his pants hah jay+phil sold it to him..

Should this guy be in the sort of home that tracy works for ? lol Cause that is just messed up. and what exactly was he waiting on to download ? must have been something that would have made him pretty happy.. I dunno.. that story is almost unbelievable.. Though i am glad i didn't witness it firsthand. PU.

Okay so back to the update discussion, we just had an update now, and you are not fullfilling your duties as a referal LOL. i'm just kidding. How are your ratings ? I never bother to look at the ratings, i always wonder how many cents i made, not because i think i'm going to get rich, but because its just fun to see how much i posted the day before. I did not do well yesterday! lol i wasnt on the pc a lot though so that would be why!

It doesn't bother me at all. I think it usually updates around 9 am my local time. I don't even get online until around noon so it has always been updated when I check, no need to refresh. I do check almost immediately after I get on the computer though.

im usually making posts at the time and notice my group activity rating has changed before i notice my money has but sometimes i see the money changed and then check the other stuff out that only changes daily like group activity etc :D

I am fairly new here and haven't really thought about it until I ran across your post I usually only get on here once a day and my numbers or changed, I haven't really made enough to be to curious about it, I just like to read the post and respond to some. Have a great day!

well this is a great place to learn english i guess :) lots of different words and ways of using them can be found here thats for sure! a friend of mine in europe learned by reading comic books and watching american movies! hehe

i like the star and group ratings and also the population numbers changing.. its nice to see how much money you made daily but ya it doesnt go up that much so its not really something i get excited about :D

I don't get too anxious, I don't really make any money on here to wait to see what I have made. Recently I have been spending hours here on MyLot and have only made a couple of dollars. I just like to read the post.

yah ive only made a couple bucks too but yah the money isnt what brought me here.. i enjoy ranting and raving about various things and seeing what the world thinks about it.. ive found out some of the things people i know claim to be weird is actually common stuff world wide haha

I just wait for it the following day and see if I did better the previous days, its nice to note that I get excited each time i open my computer the following day and see the increase in my earnings.

Well, sometimes I feel anxious. I've been here in myLot for quite a long time. There was a time when earnings was low. I never felt excited during those times. I was gone for almost 5 months and I decided to come back and post again. I felt good when I earned $0.20 with only 10 posts. I hope this trend continues. Now I'm excited and waiting for another update to see how I do.

Well its doesn't matter much to whether it say "earnings updated 1 day ago" or "earnings updated 23 hour ago" . Because that time I am not online....lol .When I joined I was very excited about earnings getting updated while I continue to use myLot.
I would also like my level to rise in the interest category that I think I know a lot about.I will take the daily increments as small incentive to my contribution here.

i guess timing is key for this question.. the times i usually use mylot is near the update time so i get to see it happen usually.. though im not waiting for it to happen i just usually respond to posts then.. such as now its 21 hours ago it updated so its not that far off as usual.. not that i plan on being here for 3-4 hours but i may be back by then also.. or maybe my wife will be on here then *shrug*

i usually only come on before i leave for work or after i get home.. on weekends im on it randomly throughout the night (i work nights so i sleep weird hours) but it usually updates shortly after i get home from work which is pretty good timing for me
