This morning I woke up and found that my Christmas tree was taken down and put away. My hubby did it last night while I was sleeping. How sweet is that? I still have some other decorations around but Im getting to them slowly. Do you have your tree down? And do you think my hubby is a sweetie?

That is awesome. I had my tree down on the 28th cause i was sick of looking at it. If i waited on my hubby to take down the tree it'd probably still be there next xmas lol. I guess it'd need to be taken outside and shook to get all the dust off by then!! lol.

Lucky you. We didn't have a tree this year but even if we did, my husband wouldn't take it down and put it away. I have one of those lazy guys that does nothing but lay around on the weekends. Well that is for another month or two and then he works seven days a week. My husband is a sweetie as long as I don't ask him to do a chore around the house...lol

All that matters is how he treats you. Sounds like you have a great guy working seven days a week is tough!

We haven't taken our decorations down yet and our tree is still up at the moment. I think it will be done abit at a time because we are always busy and i'm always occupied by looking after our son. I think we may start taking them down soon, but we haven't bothered upto now because we like how its all colourful and when we take everything down its going to look bare and boring. ~Joeys wife

Welcome Back! You have a very sweet husband its really nice to have someone that is thoughtful. My tree is down and all the other decorations are put away as well, I took off the ornaments my husband took off the lights and put it in the box. I put away all the little decorations I had placed around the house and he took down the outside things. Have a nice day and Happy New Year to you.

That is such a lovely suprise I would love to have someone do that for me. My tree is still up but my son loves it and plus apart from being busy and a bit lazy I do enjoy having it up as it always seems it's never up long enough anyway. A have taken a few of my other items down though. But how lucky are you to have a husband like that.

I took my tree down on the evening of Christmas my husband sat there and watched me even when one of the branches had gotten stuck he told me to pull harder instead of helping me! What a sweetheart of a husband you have to take yours down for you that would be a nice surprise to wake up to.

It is splendid and your husband is a sweetie indeed. And I'd like to share my suprise today. My elder sister's daughter joined a game named "Christmas funny" with her friends for extra Christmas gifts. This morning, when I heard the tap-tap, I opened my front door and realy was suprised when I saw her with her friends. They carried a very small tree and some gifts hung on it. When I asked what they were doing, the girl picked a gift from the tree and gave to me then said they were playing a new Christmas game. They pay a visit and distribute gifts to everybody, in return for this, the host/hostess pays gifts to each player. Once I followed the game, the pick up the small tree and started to the next door...

Our tree is still up. I did manage to take a few ornaments off of it last night. I took the candy canes off too. I wish someone would take the tree down for me. Yes, your hubby is sweet for doing it.

Can I borrow him? That was very thoughtful of him to do that. My tree is supposed to come down today but here I still sit responding to discussions ignoring the things I should be doing. I'll do it when my kids get back. They like to put the ornaments away and laugh at me when I get tangled in the lights.
