She's married and has kids,her boss keeps on teasing her. Her boss is smart but not good looking.

it's a common condition for many women working in the companies ,i think.She should talk with hi sboss seriously about this thing and show her position .If it doesn't work.She should consider her bridge of gold.
Maybe she should make another choice for her job.
Really a difficult question.

It would be the best to ignore the boss. Having kids and a husband should keep her noticing the boss. That way, she would show her boss that she is a woman of dignity that she would not be taken or carried away by his sweet talk.
