My blog is getting great traffic.

My blog that is listed on my profile page under my website, is getting pretty good traffic now. I have been using linkreferral. I really like them. I have even had some people who have marked me as one of their faves.
So everyone take a look and tell me if you think I can improve anything. I sometimes don't like how it looks, but don't really know how to change it up for the better. I don't want to get rid of the banners or links. I want to be able to post new stuff every now and then so I don't just want to have the banners in the posts themselves.
What do you all think?

Thanks. The traffic really picked up in the last few weeks. I don't know if that is b/c I was posting in yahoo answers or the other stuff I have been doing.
