101 visits today! the highest in my blog stats

today, i have the highest visits of 101 in my two-month old blog. thank you for some mylot members who took a look at my blog. in case you miss it, visit it (again). http://mensab.wordpress.com i write about social and political issues and some personal stuff. i don't earn from this blog. i update it every now and then.

oh, i don't make a distinction. what is the difference? what is the best and free hits counter for visitors? thank you

Page views means, how many pages on your blog has been seen by people... Unique visitors are the number of users (of a unique IP address) who visit your blog.....If one unique visitor browse three pages on your blog, you would have 3 page views and 1 unique visitor... Page views will usually be higher than visitors as visitors may view more than one page on your blog... Therefore, if you are talking about 101 page views, you may only have, say 50 or less visitors looking at approximately 2 pages of your blog on average.. I don't know what are the good ones out there, I personally use statcounter.com

I had a really good day, as far as my blog goes. I had 63 page views and 45 unique visitors. This is the second highest total for me. My average goes up everyday. This is exciting for me because I remember in the beginning I was happy to just have one person visit my blog. I wrote about poker. I try to update with news and also put in personal stories about poker. You check it out at pokerinac.blogspot.com

I use sitemeter.com I like it a lot. I also use statcounter because it tells me what keywords people use to find my page. It lets me know what words I should be using in my blogs so that people can find my pages.
