Use of genetic engineering to modify nature of dogs to suit our needs

Scientists now modify the genes of dogs ,so that they remain beautiful,they donot increase too much in size etc.But it spoils the nutural traits of dogs and we do it just for our amusement.

Any insertion of genetic materials with idea of changing what God has given us will almost ammount to trying to play God- I detest these big headedness of man-dogs are still very useful to man in their present states arent them?

Would you genetically engineer your best friend? I think this is disgusting. Dogs are fine the way they are. Got intended them to be the way they are.
