Is it possible that the older you grow, the less sleep you have? My neighbour used to be an old woman, this was on woman whom you would knock at her door anytime of the night and she would respond with the very first knock! I was wondering, does old age bring with it sleeping disorders?

Hello dear academic friend. Usually speaking, when people are aging, they sleep fewer hours at night, but it is not suitable to all people. There must be some exceptional cases. By the way, my senior father always gets up very early at around four o'clock in the morning and then he would go to the city park to do morning exercise as always unless it rains. I am glad to say that my father stays healthy because of his constant exercise. My father sleeps a lot after lunch for a few hours.
