hey dudes i am thinking now that it is high time for me to lose some weight firends so can you all tell me healthy diets and ideas to lose weight besides i started going to gym last month i want everyones advise please PLEASE RESPOND

My friend here suggested that you should play basketball or tennis at least twice a week. Minimize eating white foods. Eat lots of fruits (banana) and vegees.

Before going to Gym, I would advice you to lose some body fat. This is because, the workouts at gymnasium chiefly deals with building muscles. Even if you want to continue gym workouts, you should try doing exercises that help in excess sweating, fat burning. To set a diet to lose fat, I would suggest you to work with your physician/doctor for the same. Including more fruits and vegetables would be a good habbit.

The best way to lose weight is to simply eat less and exercise more. You don't have to give up the foods you love, just eat less of them. Smaller meals more often is better than starving yourself, since that makes it harder to lose. Pick an exercise program that you enjoy since that means you will be more likely to stick with it. Do it gradually, since losing weight too fast isn't healthy. About 2 pounds a week is good. Good luck.

the best diet out there is your own made up diet.. eat what you want but do it in moderation.. learn about calories and intake.. make a workout program for yourself that includes weights and cardio.. alot of diets out there are so harmful these days but in the long run you will truly benefit this way...
