Do you purchase Air Tickets online ?

Do you purchase Air Tickets online or visit Airline office or simply depend and believe Agent ? I visited 3 agents and got discount and i am happy.

the last time i travel abroad, i visited my travel agent to arrange my flight, i never tried purchasing ticket online although i guess that would be great.
