whats the best program in losing weight naturally?

Losing weight for me is really difficult. i wonder if there is a natural way of losing weight without taking drugs and doing strenous exercises???

The best way to lose weight is gradually, with healty meals and exercise. You can lose weight without a lot of exercise, but you probably will put it right back on.

naturally without exercise? hum...well eating a healthy 6 meals a day (3 meals w/ 2 snacks) and also drinking lots of water. You need at least 30min of cardio a day and mix that with some weight training you'll drop it nicely.

I did weight watchers and i lost the weight without doing any exercise. I lost 25 lbs in 12 weeks. The program is really easy. I did the points system, so I could eat basically whatever i wanted as long as i didn't go over my points for the day.

First of all start ur day with some walk or running. Drink water+honey+lemon. Have night walk after dinner. Have gap between dinner and ur bed time. Drink hot water after having sweet or spicy things. Dont drink water during or just after the meal. Atleast half an hour gap should be maintained.
