Does anyone have questions about what happened in naruto/ shippuden? like why itachi killed his whole clan EXCEPT Sasuke... stuff like that

Well, in the latest chapter of the Manga for Naruto, Itachi revealed the TRUTH of why he let Sasuke live, and its one twisted one. Don't want to give away any spoilers though....
