Rush Hour 3

Last night my boyfriend and I watched Rush Hour 3. I'm going to put this bluntly, it sucked. It was the same ol same ol plot as the other movies...they end up involved in yet another save the world event, girl gets captured, they figure everything out (that apparently the FBI or other investigators could not), blaw blaw beat the bad guys, save the girl. HOORAH! Chris Tucker plays Carter in the movies...in the third installment he is not only really annoying (more so than usual) he is extremely offensive to overweight women...and the women he was calling ugly and overweight weren't even all that big! I found it quite offensive and not funny at all! Anyhow, my opinion save your money, save your time, don't watch it!

maybe he was just doing it to make some laugh but maybe he was just following the script.it maybe offensive to some and funny to others.jokes works just like that we have to accept it.anyway havent watched the movie yet.maybe i will check it out when i have some time.

yeah, i know it was probably the script. I just feel as if the character has changed quite a bit since the first movie. he was always cocky, and it got them both into trouble, but he was never plain, right out rude, you know? and i think it's both...i don't think anyone should just let themselves go and not eat healthy. i believe in leading a healthy lifestyle, but if you're overweight by nature, like i am a little bit, then that's life! i've been on every diet, i've worked out two hours a day for 5 days a week for two years and barely lost a pound...i'm just meant to be 5'6" and 160 pounds that's just how it goes for me! thanks for your response :) i voted it best one

I got to watch it for Christmas since the kids were gone and it was just me in the whole house. I liked it myself though I was wondering at the end how they could do all that fighting on the Eiffel Tower. had to hold my breath there. On the part where he was talking trash, I didn't pay it no mind. I really loved Rush Hour 2 myself. Just wanted to see another one. It was ok.

I did like the first two movies...I guess I was just hoping that they could have made the third a little bit different. It was too predictable for me. The fighting on the Eiffel Tower was exciting...I did like the fight scenes and stunts they were cool. It was more the storyline that bothered me. haha

I am glad I read this discussion I won't worry about renting this movie if it was that bad. I saw the first two I thin Chris Tucker is funny but all actors have a few bad movies sometime or another.

Well, it was not the greatest film, but watching Chris Tucker and Jackie Chan together in a movie again was enough for me.. I really love those two.. and Jackie Chan and Owen Wilson too.
