I try to exercise at least 30 minutes a day, but, that doesn't always happen. I teach dance class 2 days a week, so I always get at least 6 hours of exercise per week.

If you exercise, you should be strongly determined to do it regularly. But rugularity is the thing I fail to attain. I want to exercise, but am not committed to do it on a regular basis. I manage to maintain the flow of my regularity only to 7-10 days. I workout for around 30 minutes during this span, and it does really good to my fitness level.

I like doing pilates and yoga. when I don't feel like doing either of those, I go for a walk with my 2 year old son. he loves it. LOL We went for a nice walk today and he enjoyed it.

Hello dear ersmommy. I do not have time to exercise and I am very lazy. The only way I exercise every day is to walk to my office from where I live in about ten minutes for one way.

I think the best exercise is one which increses your heartbeats to about 100/minute.I think this type of exercises should be performed for about 1 hour daily. I usually go to the gym on alternate days and play cricket with my friends nearly on all days. I got a a little chubby last year and had to really work hard to bring down the fat.I did this by climbing up and down the stairs for nearly 30 mins.I used to run up and down. Health is Wealth

The only exercise I really get is chasing a baby around the house, walking up and down the basement stairs about a dozen times a day, and walking to the mailbox everyday.

I workout every morning, Monday - Friday, and then take afternoon hike with my dog on the weekends. I like doing it in the morning, because it gives me energy and gets me going.

I wish I could say I have a routine but at the moment I dont. i do play netball once a week - so that is a 40min game. I also will be adding a second netball game a week to this in about 2 mths time. AND I am about to go to the gym with a friend soon (I assume this will be for about 1hr 2 - 3 times a week) SO... although not really any routine yet I am hoping for one soon - will be great to get fit again after having my kids and if I loose a few kilo's that will even be better :)
