Why do you like this idea, or why you don’t like it? I am so happy with my latest skydiving; I can wait to have next chance. Would you like to go for skydiving? Do you think that skydiving is safe?http://www.skydiving.com/movie.html

When skydiving you have to have complete trust in your instructor packing your chute and back up properly. If you don't trust them and the course than you just took. I suggest you don't go. But it is a thrill of a lifetime. I have done over 700 jumps since being 7 years old. I love skydiving. I have learned over the years how to pack the chutes and my backpack so I'm the one who packs them when I go.

It is an experience that if you don't go you will be wondering the rest of your life " I wonder what it would of been like" your first jump and several jumps after that will be done tandem (with the instructor or someone who has done many jumps ) I suggest you to go and enjoy the experience it is alot of fun.

No, sorry I don't jump out of perfectly good airplanes and depend on some string and fabric to save my life. It is a lot like bungie jumping - I don't trust giant rubber band either. I will do skiing and would love to try scuba diving but those jumping from high places and heading at breakneck speeds toward the earth just doesn't do it for me.

3 times more people die each year from scuba diving than from sky diving... twice much die just by standing outside and die from lightning... 20 times more in bike and 10000 more in traffic accidents...

well the probability of jumping out of a boat and a dangerous shark being there is low, the probability of jumping out of plane and the heard earth being there is 100%.

And I have thought about it but dont know that I will now for I wouldnt be able to stand the straps on my chest to tender right now. and I havent heard of very many accidents from sky diving. My brother had to do it when he was in the Guards he didnt like it but that was him lol

I would LOVE to go skydiving. The only issues for me is having the money to go, and having someone go with me. I think it wouldn't be as much fun to go alone. But all my friends and family refuse to try it, and I can understand that. But I hope someday to fulfill that dream, as well as bungee jumping.

Skydiving was something that I always wanted to try and ended up never doing - at least so far :) I would most certainly go if I was given a gift certificate, although I'm not so sure of how my heart would take it now LOL I think it has to be one of the best feeling in the world being up there and feeling like we can fly:)

I don't dislike the idea, I am plain scared BUT, if I was going with someone or received a gift certificate, I would do it. In fact, you know what, you gave me an idea - I am meeting my boyfriend shortly and I think I am going to get us a skydiving treat - he is a dare devil and he will give me courage! I'll let you know how it went - I should be going sky diving on the 16th or 17th of this month!

Skydiving is alot of fun. I have done over 700 jumps. The first few times you will be jumping tandem (one of the instructors or an experienced jumping) It is a thrill let me tell ya. When you are floating in the air the scenary. Whatever you do DONT SHUT YOUR EYES. enjoy the experience and take in the beauty. Good luck to ya and have fun.

As much as I would love to try skydiving just once, no way I would be able to do it. I'm not afraid of heights at all...long as I'm not moving.

If I was given a gift certificate, I think I would. I always wanted to try skydiving but I have been afraid. The gift certificate might give me the boost that I need.

Nope! I'd trade it with someone to do something I would like to do - zipline, balloon ride, sailing, flying a plane, SCUBA diving, soaring(sail plane) - after all ... I see no reason to jump out of a perfectly good plane!!! (-;

If I got a gift certificate to go sky diving I would wonder who in the world that person thinks I am because I've never mentioned sky diving in my life. I'd probably do it at least once. If given the opportunity, why not take it.

Hey polachicago, notice my avatar? I'm too chicken to go skydiving. I've done some dangerous things in my life, but skydiving isn't one of them. Enjoy your buzz.

Hello dear polachicago. I think that it needs to have enough courage to do skydiving and I don't think that I would try for that even if I were given a gift certificate as it is too risky and what is the most important is that I am not that bold and adventurous. But I love to watch brave and skillful guy perform it. Thanks for your discussion.
