My hometown has a cold wet winter. I have been always feeling hands and feet cold for years, especially before sleeping. And now I already know a good simple method which can give you a nice sleep. It's not foolish to while away your time in warming your feet in hot water before going to bed. could you share your mothods of keeping feet and hands warm?

At first I think you should keep your room in dryness, because wet weather may lead your room to more cold. Then I agree with you that warming your feet in hot water before going to bed, some different is I proposed that you could put some salt into water,It could have more distinctness effect.

I will prepare two hot water bottles in my bed and leave them there for a while before going to the bed. In the mean time, I will drink a hot glass of milk and wear socks ready to the bed. In this way, I will guarantee I have a good night sleep in the warm and cosy bed.

To put a hot-water bag in your bed before you go to bed ,you will find your bed is warm and you can use it to warm your hands and feet too. That is a useful way to warm our cold hands and feet.I think you should have a try .

I used to have the coldest hands and feets at night in winter, which always made me have a bad sleep. But now, things have been changed.'Cause I keep moving, instead of sit still, all the time before going to bed, jumping for 20 minutes or so ,for example.Still, preparing one or two hot water bags is necessary. So that with a warm body, you are going to a warm bed.And then a sweet dream.
