How often do you weigh yourself?

I don't do it any more often than once a week. I find that there are so many tiny fluctuations that if I do it more often than that it will be like a roller coaster ride. I try to do it at the same time of day, because that makes a difference.
Or do you prefer to use some other measure? Like how well you clothes fit. Sometimes I can tell I've lost a little because my pants are a little loose.

For a while I was weighing myself everyday. I was fascinated with those fluctuations you mentioned. To the point where some day I would actually weigh myself everyday.
Generally I am not fussed about my weight. I have always been heavy but it is all muscle. It is something I have never really understood. I have had friends that look visibly overweight weigh less than me yet I would not say I was overweight, I am not even excessively tall, just heavy!
The only reason why I was weighing myself everyday is because my clothes were to big so I guessed I must be losing something somewhere. All good now though I have found it!

I dont weigh myself at all at the moment - I spose thats for a few reasons, I dont really think about it, and also that our scales dont work properly either... we need some new ones :)
I will have to buy some soon though as I am thinking of starting to go to the gym so it will be kinda nice to see if I loose any weight etc...

I went years without a scale. I'm a memeber of homescan and with my reward points I got a free scale. That was the gift that I choose with as many points as I had. I weigh myself once a day in the morning before I eat breakfast. Today I was at 106 a few days ago I was at 103. It fluctuates between 104 and 108 usually. I'm 5'4 I'm pretty skinny I dont really worry about my weight I just like to look good and the scale gets to be a habit.
