How to work in USA?

By Visa through an employer I assume you mean getting an employer to sponsor your friend. In that case it really depends on the employer if they are willing to do that, and also from your friends skills that he has. There is really no one way to find all the employers here in the states that are willing to sponsor someone. If there is I am really not aware of it. You may check out www.uscis.gov this is the Immigration and Naturalization Service website, either way it would have to go through them, you may be able to find something on their site to locate someone that offers sponsor ship. But if your friend has some special skill that could help him as well. I have met someone that came to the states via a sponsorship from the UK he was hired as a Bodyguard, but his skills plaid a large part of getting this sponsor ship. He was the personal Bodyguard of the late Queen Mom. He now works some high profile cases and does make a decent income. But he had the previous training and qualification. Like I said before check out the website they have allot of information on it that will help you understand all the requirements and regulations.
