ntldr missing

I installed windows xp and then added windows 2000. Now when i boot up, there is a msg when i load windows xp. ntldr missing. But when i boot windows 2000, its working fine. How to boot into windows xp without reinstalling both the operating systems?

Replace the NTLDR & NTDETECT.COM to your root directory

The problem is that you are supposed to load older versions of Windows first. Your Windows 2000 installation overwrote the bootloader for Windows XP. I think that if you use your Windows XP CD to do a repair installation it will reinstall the bootloader so you can dual boot both OSes.
