vacation time all over the world...

here in our country the Philippines we have the Christmas Break, Semestral break which is from second week of October up to the first week of November and the Summer vacation.
I'm just curious, how about in other parts of the world? when will be your break or term break especially in Colleges and Universities...when will be you classes usually start?

Hi! I am from the Philippines also. And I love it when it is vacation time. It is the time that we can relax and have fun and or course be together with the family. Now, I am working so I cannot enjoy the semestral break anymore. It is just on holidays and weekends that I can have a break. Enjoy your vacation!

yeah. as working people there is no such semestral break.. only vacation leave
in terms of breaks in other countries such as in U.S. do you have any idea when will be their vacation as students in colleges and universities. i believe their schedule is totally different compare here in the Philippines...
