If your blog is good, you don't have to worry about people voting for it... Your blog isn't too bad, just that I find the font size a bit small to read....And also you don't update too regularly. If you can work on this, I am sure you will get a lot of vivid readers to your blog

I voted on the poll...nice blog. The only thing I tend to disagree with is that meats/animal products can help with constipation. Everything else is right on...good information.
