Okay usually I try to keep my nose out of these discussions, but if I see the commercial with Romney stating that marriage comes before children because every child needs a Mom and a Dad Im going to throw something through the TV. So this man is implying if you are separated/divorced/never married that the child still doesnt have a Mom and a Dad? What a joke. I was an unwed mother and now married and you know what...The Dad is still in the pic. We try and work together so the kids get the most out of both of us. This Politician lost my vote or any consideration of my vote the moment those words passed his lips. I dont think the fact that I had kids before marriage makes me any less of a good parent as someone who was married befoer having children. My kids are extremely happy and loved children. Does Romney realize that a majority of the population are divorced families now? Apparently he didnt want to become president to badly or he would have thought his words through a bit better. I needed to vent about this...So whats your opinion?
