just a funny story about potatoes

my boyfriend was making himself some potatoes when he called me over to the counter and said "these potatoes are green" ( the potatoes were not green and i told him that) he kept insisting that they were green then finally he said " so there not green" i said no there not. my boyfriend is colorblind. well anyhow we were telling a friend about this and she laugh cause he had done it with her about a week before this at that point he said " now can you imagine how many potatoes i go through when i'm on my own" " i only get a couple out of the bag

I have seen green potatoes before, when you cut potatoes sometimes they look greenest, i think maybe because they are not ripe enough yet, that is my opinion. so you boyfriend knows what he is talking about. they are not all the way green they look like a light lime green.
