can anyone please explain to me,why politicians must always try to prove to us,they are there working by making idiot laws most normal people do not want, and take away our rights, just because some jerk in some other department or organization say it is for our own good says so? is there any way a citizen can get rid of these a**holes before taking 4 or more years in elections,( I do mean by the way,not shooting them) (which is the first thing I thought of). can we as citizens make the next yoyo get rid of those laws? why can it not be done, that a person off the street without a silver spoon or a million dollars or so run for office? I know a great many people that got their knowledge working in the public, and knows more than some collage grad what makes this world run. any thoughts?

Yes, there is way a citizen can get rid of officials and/or their senseless laws: 1). You read whatever federal law the officials are basing their new laws on, seeing new laws or state laws must not supercede federal law. 2). You protest the unfair laws.

Then you make your arguments as to why you believe that that or those particular federal law or laws should be changed. The process you would be aiming for is called an amendment, the constitutional required process for changing any existing law. And as per the officials you do not like: You the people hired them (or are supposed to have hired them). Well, fire them! Good-luck!

luckally,in the U.S.,there are safety measures in place to do that, here in Canada,we can not,if you want to get rid of just the president, you can go with a vote of non confidence, and just have the vise tack his place,if we want to in Canada,we have to get rid of the whole government,( which at times would not be a bad idea) Thanks for letting me rant,I know it will never happen that a regular citizen will ever be allowed to get into office. thanks again.

Politics has become a business now.I have been watching politacal trend in our country since 60s. The ruling party used to propagate that they are doing good things with the object to eliminate poverty and to improve standard of living. The opposition will propagate that the ruling party indulges in corruptive practice and they will give good governance. When the opposition capatures power, the defeated party used to handle the same formula of corrupt free rule. Year after year, there is mushroom growth of politcal parties floated by cine actors, leaders for religion/caste. The many followers join in these parties with a sole aim to make money. The party boss also invite second line leaders of the opposite camp who faces corruption charges,to strenghten his party. With all these huddles our country is growing fast due to human resourses who contributes their labour with sincerity and devotion to the work in various fields. The voting power rests in the hands of innocent and emotional minded people. How ever we are upholding our democracy and we enjoy equal rights and opportunities. I hope our youngsters will take steps to standatise and clean our political system in future.

As you have pointed out,at the present time, vertually all politicians are liers and theives, thank you,my sentiments exactly, now, how do we get rid of them? my first thought is,that once the top dog is found to stealing our money through wrongfull taxation,we charge him and have him shot, once a few of them get shot, then the ones to follow will get the idea,it would be better to do what the people want do.
