could anyone help me on how to register on a paypal account? please. is there any registration charge?

Go to www.paypal.com. At the very top there is sign up - login etc. Go to sign-up. Select your Country and choose your language. Go for the personal account as you would probably use this one the best for your needs. It's free so you dont have to worry. Next fill out your info. The site will navigate on what you have to do.

than you for your advice since it reflects me on how to register on it but one more thing for example when it is time for pay out how to use your paypal on that. Is there any code number?

I have never had a payout before. I always put money into it as I'm an advet online shopper. This will be the first time for being paid out. I would suggest to just follow the instructions on the page to what to do. Good luck.
