Halloween Remake

Thanks for the heads up about this. I love the original Halloween because the way Michael just shows up from nowhere scares the crap out of me. I have a hard time with the gore too, but I think I'm still going to rent it because it's Rob Zombie.

Yeah, I wouldn't have watched that movie to begin with. I would expect all those things from a Rob Zombie movie. I don't mind some horror flicks but, like you, I'm turned off when there's too much gore and graphic scenes and language. That's why I like a lot of the old horror movies like Hitchcock. They're eerie and creepy but still leave a lot to the imagination.

"Don't directors realize the real movie fans don't want all that stuff, they want to be able to enjoy a movie for its other aspects" Hhmm well I'm a "real" movie fan..have been for yrs and I enjoy graphic scenes, blood, guts and gore..Besides its not only a horror flick BUT its a ROB ZOMBIE horror flick..you have to expect it to be out there when it comes to that sort of thing..Its Rob Zombie! I actually own a copy of Zombies Halloween and I think it was a pretty tame movie really...also a brilliant one as far as I'm concerned...
