Another technical question

Hi Mylotters, I would like to bother with another technical question. How do you track traffic to your site or blog? In other words, how do you know how many people visited your blog/site? I have created a blog, and have been promoting it real hard. So I want to know how many people visit it. Thanks for your responses in advance. :)
