I don't know if this is strange or not, but for the last week or so I've been eating breakfast foods late at night. When I get up in the morning I don't like sweet things like cereal, pancakes or oatmeal. Lately I've been craving that kind of stuff late at night and I've been indulging in strawberries and cream oatmeal almost every night. I have never been a late night snacker but now that seems to be my "sweet" time. Do you snack late at night and if you do what's your favorite snack?

Well supposedly we should not eat food hours before sleeping.
But lol... if you are hungry and does not have a weight issue, just eat.
I am getting fatter myself but I don't care lolololol. :P

I'm a HUGE breakfast at midnight eater. I don't usually take the time to make large breakfasts, so at any point before bed I'm known to make things like, bacon, sausage, eggs and hashbrowns. I absolutely love large breakfasts...at any other time but breakfast :P

Well I think your body clock change like me. I don't eat lunch. My lunch time is dinner time to others and my dinner is midnight snack to others.

I sometimes snack late at night. Depends how tired I am. If I'm not tired and know I'll be up past midnite, then I'll find something to snack on. Don't have any faves thou. Just whatever I happen to have in the cupboards/fridge.

I have a tendency to snack late at night only when drinking. Then we all usually end up at Denny's LOL!! Getting the breakfast menu and talking and trying to sober up some. I don't drink often but when I do I like to make a Denny's stop afterwards. LOL!

I always have my cereal around 11 or midnight. I never eat that stuff in the morning, I'd rather have eggs and toast then. For some reason cereal has never interested me as a breakfast item. I think I've almost always had my cereal late at night, if I don't eat something before bed, next thing you know I'll be looking for other snacks...popcorn or chips or something.

OH my goodness, it feels good to know that I am not alone. I too, have been having either oatmeal with blueberries or raisin bran cereal at bedtime! I have been dieting and have lost 21 pounds, and this new habit hasn't even hurt my dieting! I just count the points (I'm doing weight watchers) for the food and don't worry about what time of day I eat!
