amazing ebay sellers

i have just had the most wonderful experience with an ebay seller, i purchased the wrong item but mistake and asked if i could rectify the problem with them, this was not a problem until my delivery came and i hadnt recievd what i asjed for, not wanting to complain and be a pain i left positive feedback and went about my day, on checking my messages, i founf that they had not only realised the mistake they made but also sent me out the wanted items free of charge and also some other items as a gesture!!!
Not every day you get that, does anyone else have similar experiences as all i ever seem to hear are negative thoughts!!

There are some wonderful ebay sellers out there. I recently purchased some rechargble batteries, and I got 2 sets instead of one. So I emailed them, and told them what happened. I've purchased from them before and they were glad for my honesty. He let me keep them too free of charge (i was happy to pay for them too!). So he is now added to my list of fav sellers.
