Hi I am from Mumbai. Mumbai is one of the most populated cities on earth. But still the public services like bus, train are one of the best and cheapest. I like to travel by my car to college or anywhere else. But I prefer Busses.Because there are some special roades for busses in my way to college. Thus by traveling by bus I can reduce the time taken to reach the college.

Bus or Car it depends upon the daily routine ,work, occupation and the status of the person. If the person that has business then the private vehicle suits him the best as he has to go run here and there in business.Business is uncertain and no one knows when to go and where to go. On the other hand if the person do some service and is doing office job then he can opt for bus service and can adjust his daily routine in the according way.If the person is doing service which is requires field job then also I think private vehicle is better as waiting for public transport (i.e. bus) will take lot of time and will lead to the inefficiency of output by that person.

hi nang! our city is not so big, and although we have a lot of private and commuter vehicles, our roads can contain them. the problem actually are the commuter vehicles. here in the philippines, our city has probably the worst traffic situation. aside from cars and occasional buses that ply out of town, there are big trucks, jeepneys, tricycles, and trisikads (forms of transportation only found in our country). and these tricycles and trisikads do not follow traffic rules. the jeepney drivers are rude and inconsiderate. i don't want to drive around here. i will just get into trouble with bad drivers...sigh...how i wish people are more considerate. anyway, God bless you nang! :-)

Thank you for blessing. It is a bad news people lives in a disorderly and inconsiderate city, it is very dangerous. But don't worry, I'm sure Philippine will become better in future. Good luck. Thank you for responding.

I do live in a big city and do drive my own car. The closest bus stop for me is over a mile away. I'd have to walk to get to the bus stop. It's much easier for me to drive a car and keep warm in the winter and cool in the summer. We have weather extremes in our part of the country. One of the major highways is partially closed for a year. This is causing major traffic problems all over the city. It's a madhouse to go and try to get anywhere Monday through Friday after 3 in the afternoon.

How advisable you are! I also want to go the countryside where I was born, but my partner doesn't wish, so do all my friends. Therefore, I couldn't live lonely, and have to live in the big city. Thank you for responding.
