Heartbreak is inevitable. If you did not experience heartbreak, then you are numb...I personally have my own share of heartbreaks and I believe that it had made me stronger with regards to loving...Have you broke your heart? What did you do to ease the pain?

last month, my girlfriend broke up with me. we had a long distance relationship then. she could not stand my long absence. what i did was to spend more time with my host family, get back to sports again, and read philosophical books. my host family gave me companionship. my sports kept me in shape and gave me energy. philosophical books preoccupied my mind and thoughts, preventing me to think too much of what happened.

Good for you...It's a good thing that you know how to divert your attention and the best part of it is that you became productive!

Nice topic! I've had too many shares of heartbreaks way back when I was younger. One thing I do to ease the pain is to just cry my heart out and after that, I'll seem to be okay again. I would just try to think positive and think that there's more experiences for you and more people who will love you...

I agree with you. Heartbreak does make you stronger. As you gain strength, you also gain knowledge. You learn what you will or perhaps will not put up with. If you can become stronger because of heartbreak, you are a better person for it. Unfortunately, it is inevitable. Live, love and learn. :)

You try to mend it by finding someone else that cares about you and that makes you feel good inside.
