i agree with the last guy. The shape should never be changed. And if anyone thought it should be must be crazy. Any other shape would ruin the game. Teams would be winning by luck of the bounce, rather than skill.

thats ur point of view but imagination is free of boundries and conquencies sooo keep thinking common guys you cabn come up with better suggestions

I wouldn't change the shape because in my mind no other shape would make sense. For myself, it would be hard even to picture another shape and I'm sure any other type would mess the game up. Good idea though ;) ~Joey

Don't know why would anybody want to change the shape of football...then it wouldn't be football,but some other sport (or not even a sport,but something like circus)
