recently i noticed a lot of situations in which people ask you a question of course you presume they want to hear or read your answer, but when you read what they wrote as an answer you realize they are monologuing, and not dialoguing with you. alote of times i notice that they opened up the discussion in order to market their product and they do not really read what you wrote and react to it, but give all people the same answer: "go to my product, that will solve everything". they do not open or develop a discussion, they just give you a speech telling you about their thoughts. the same is in life, people do not really hear your answer and react to it. Did it ever accure to you? Are you a Dialogue or a monolog person?

There are certain ocassions where I feel like possessed, I talk to myself most of the times. I really got interested and curious of radio personalities, I wonder where they get the attitude of talking where in most cases they just talk to themselves. Someone whom I met that has an experience on that field of work told me that, they should have that kind of attitude to stay in the business. Talk and talk, even when you have no one to listen to what you say. I think I monologue at times, but I still prefer to talk to someone knowing that they are THERE and listening..

I dialogue. Whenever I post a discussion , I want to hear from anyone who wants to respond. Whenever I ask a question, I answer it so you know my point of view. True some of my answers are long but I still want to hear from you. If I want to monologue, I don't have to type it out,I would just say it.

Hello old friend, long time no dialogue to. The monologue of which you speak is becoming a web normality isn't it. So many 'experts' online selling you their wares. A ploy to get you to join, buy, subscribe. Even asking people to refer others to sites has become monologue under the guise of dialogue. Beware the salespersons. People can also monologue in order to sell their opinions and not give a rats behind as to whether it serves you or not. I'd much rather dialogue if it serves me, interests me and doesn't bore me to drink. Hope your 2008 is going to be a good one.

I plead guilty. I am not shy to admit I am one who monologues. Dialogues just don't come to me automatically and spontaneously. It is not too bad now after mylot. I was worst before.
