Which one do you prefer? Company offers you a minimum wages: Being an employee/worker with a minimum wages but you love or enjoys being with your co-workers to your job and the things you do?or Company offers you a high salary: Being Employee/ worker with a high wages but you are not happy with your co-workers to your job and the things you do? Satisfaction or Ambition?

If I could have both... why not? I believe that while we need to be financially stable to be able to reach our ambitions. We cannot simply be satisfied with just being happy with our co-workers. Remember Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs? We can only satisfy our social needs and/or our need to belong if we satisfy our most basic needs which of course, can be attained fully only when we have enough financial resources. Let us be realistic, we live to work and we work to live.. Welcome to myLot my friend!

Having a high paid salary is not being ambitious: that's all people including non-ambitious want :)

Of course a happy spot in between the two would be best but I have to say I would go for the lower pay and being happy. I've been on the other end and it doesn't do any good to have money if you are miserable and hate going to work each day. Also welcome to myLot and be sure to let me know if you have any questions or I can help you in any way.

first of all welcome to mylot and a happy new year to you.well to tell you the truth yesterday me and my partner was just discussing the same topic.we finally came to the conclusion that money is definately needed to make a good living and of course there is an age group in life when one can actually earn money.and i think in that age one should do it whether co workers are good or not.its all professional so it so hardly matter.yes of course if one has lot of money then there definately is on problem and one should go for a good company with even less wage

Oh, I think that we can live within our means when we are happy. Those that get into trouble are not happy with what they have and seem to want more and spend more. Eventually it all evens out. I think that I'm satisfied, even though I only have a few co-workers I like. I think that I'm satified, even though I know that I will never get that Porshe I lusted over in high school. It is all about finding your balance.
