How often do you have your haircut? I have my haircut at least once a month and if I want it longer, at least every two months. I noticed that if you cut your hair often, it grows fast. With the many hairtreatment offered today you cannot dtermine which is the best. I just shampoo my hair, put in conditioner and apply hot oil every now and then.

I get a haircut once or twice a year. Sometimes I only trim the end to avoid split ends. When I was in high school I cut my hair every month and no matter what they grow only half inch per month. It's good to take good care of our hair. It's really difficult to find hair care products that suits your hair type. I have to go through an experimentation. Here in the UK especially, I haven't found the right shampoo and conditioner that's good for my hair type. I think I'll just have to stick to Creamsilk although they cost more.

So youre sporting a long hair. Thats nice. Our hair must be taken cared of. Our hair differ from each one and one uses one shampoo appropriate to her hair. I also think that the kind of water we are using also has to do with the kind of shampoo we are using. thanks for the response.

It started to grow about one and a half foot when I first came to Thailand. The reason why is because it cost so much to have a haircut and I didn't get a job right away. So I tried to save my money instead of spending it to the hair saloon. And now I don't wanna cut it short as I find it easier to manage.
You're right, the water, shampoo, and conditioner are all contributors to a good hair. I realized that Creamsilk is not appropriate for very cold weather like winter.

So you realized also that the whether and the water has its effect on the kind of hair we are sporting. If you are an Asian try using those manufactured in Asia, also please take note that the hair of some western people are different from the hair of Asian and so their shampoo might not be appropriate. Experiment to check on the best.

I often make my haircut once a month.my hair grew very fast and i dislike the long hair so i cut the hair often .you said that if you cut your hair often,it grows fast ,that is right ,i also find the same Phenomenon .it very funny ,maybe it that we cut the hair and infect the grow factor and make the hair grow faster than before.

So you also noticed that, if we cut it often, it grows fast. At first I dont believe on that but when I observed it it is true. How about making your cut every two months so it wont grow fast. Thanks for the response.

hi bagumbayan! ^__^
i seldom get a haircut. its because i'm too lazy to go inside a parlor, sit there for hours and have my hair done. ^__^;; i only get a haircut if i feel that my hair is already too long and that if i'm having a hard time maintaining and taking care of it. last year i think i only had my hair cut thrice. ^__^;; the first two was done by a friend in our bathroom and the last one was in a parlor. LOL
you are right when you said that we cannot determine which treatment is best, which are effective and which are not. that's why i'm really not that brave to step in a parlor and get a treatment. ^__^

i don't cut my hair that often, probably around once in a 6 months or so. i feel like if i keep on cutting my hair it won't get long and will be at the same length all the time. i'm not sure about if you cut your hair often, it grows faster. is that really true?

I used to cut my hair once a year. The minute I enter a hair salon, they offer me a bunch of treatments when all I want it is a haircut. Plus, I hate people touching my hair. A few months ago, I decided to cut my own hair and it turned out alright. Haircuts here in the Philippines are relatively cheap and though I could easily afford one, I opt to cut my own hair. Cutting my own hair keeps me in control as to how long I want it to be. I haven't had training in cutting hair but I've never been unsatisfied when I cut my own hair. And when people say my hair looks good, they're complementing me twice; one for my hair and one for my hair cutting skills. LOL.

So you have your long hair. At least you can take care of it. So youre using shampoo and conditioner too much. At any rate take care of your hair. Thanks for responding.
