I guess no one has heard of this?! I haven't. I have heard of teas aiding in weightloss...you know, it having the same and more benefits than coffee and making you feel full so you won't eat so much...blah blah blah, but I haven't heard of this particular diet. Have you tried it yet?

Not yet...I did some more research on it though and its a diet that both Oprah and Rachel Ray use. Nice huh? I am starting the weight watchers point system and am debating the tea thing.. You can call me the diet fad Queen! :)

I have heard of many diets but never of this one. I have also tried a lot of diets but nothing except eating lot of vegetables, not eating chocolate candies biscuits nor cakes and doing a lot of exercise didn't work for me. I've tried the UNdiet and its is really great because you can eat everything but separated and in each of 4 days you can eat one type of food like carbohydrates or proteins...and it worked great just the moment you stop eatng that way you regain weight. I thing that the diet has to be a way of living and that's way I thing that ZONE is the best.

I have heard of the Zone diet, but I had no clue what it entailed. Can you explain it to me a bit more?

I don't know much about it but just know there is no such thing as a magical potion or pill to help you lose weight if you don't put an effort in. It might work and help aid you lose weight if you are eating well and exercising.
