Bagdad gets first snow in decades...

Hello dear ermommy. Yeah, I read the title of the news that it has been the first snow since one hundred years ago. Well, up till now this year, we have not had even the first snowfall yet, but I think that we will soon have one as it is getting colder and colder because of the cold air on the way. It is always very exciting to have some snowfalls. The feeling is so good when we see the whole ground covered with the silver white. I am looking forward to the first snow this year. Thanks.

I think if I had seen my first snow fall, I would be a bit scared. I would not know about it and certainly I would wonder how I can walk in it. And if I lived in a war torn country, I would wonder whether it is a secret weapon and whether going out in it, whether I would die. Also if it is usually warm, I would not be used to the cold and it would be worse for me temperature wise than if I had always been out in cold weather during the day.
