Dreaming while you sleep.....

I have had dreams where i dream i am sleeping and dreaming...so i might "wake up" in those dreams 3-4 times thinking its real until i really do wake up. Most of the time though, I'm aware I am dreaming. One of the theories is dreaming is "astral travel" where your soul actually travels, so it does seem real.

I have had lots of those dreams. Usually it is because my dreams are so vivid it is almost as if I have been transported to another world. Sometimes I am in our house in Saskatoon, but there is a gate that I passed through here in Winnipeg when I delivered fliers and sometimes it is where we are going to a Christmas party and it is snowing. Sometimes I and my husband are in our old duplex when we first moved here, he is besides me, and I wake up or thought I wake up, go and find that I am in this wonderful house that we could not have afforded, with a large living room, and a very large kitchen and dining room. It is just a dream, but sometimes I wish it were real.

Yes, that's happened many times. My dreams don't have much consistency to them. They are pretty mixed up with people I knew when I was a kid and people I know now. We are generally at a party or bar-b-que and only to find out they all know each other. That's not possible because some of the people I dream about are deceased and have been for awhile which means the current people I know wouldn't have any way of knowing the people from my past. Atleast I am dreaming about fun times and not something weird and awful.
