anyone know how to diet successfully?

first you should start eating only home made food and at proper timing as 7.00am breakfast , 1.00 pm lunch , 7.30 pm dinner with combination of good vegetables such as carrot, beans, pottatos, beetroots, green leafyvegetables, cuccumber, and wheat rice jowar etc and lot and lot of fruits bannans, apple, grapes etc

Eat a balance diet...then avoid eating too much fats....Have a daily exercise 2 hours for 3-4 months...be patient in waiting result.
