In my younger years I drink water from the faucet. But when I was hospitalized my doctor adviced me to drink purified water instead. So now I only drink purified drinking water. Its clean and the taste is good.

We always drink tap water. I think that bottled water is way over rated.

I prefer purified water. I try not to buy bottled water anymore as after I did a report on bottled water, I found out that the regulations for bottled water is less strict than tap water here in the U.S. Which means simply that bottled water can actually get away with more than tap water. At the same time, however, I try not to drink tap water because of all the chemicals, such as flouride. While flouride may be good for us in trace amounts, I find it rediculous that they seem to have the mentality that it will be even better for us in large amounts. Flouride is toxic waste. Look it up, you'll be surprised.

hi oliver! same here! we used to drink water from the faucet. but since the water has a lot of minerals that make the color turn rusty, we just let it go through a cloth strainger and then it settle to let out the metallic taste. but now, we have to have a purified and when outside, we buy purified or mineral water. i guess our waters are already contaminated and the safer alternative would be purified water. take care and God bless you always! :-)

I definitely prefer filtered, purified or bottled spring water. I hear so many things about the health benefits and at a talk for my specific health condition (M.E.) that discussed the negative impact that toxins have on you, we were told only to drink purified water. Now I know that you can't believe everything you hear and that the things that are hyped most, often tend to be blown way out of proportion, but it still tastes better and it's not doing you any harm, so why not?!

Only bottled water. - bottles of water
The water in my area is basically undrinkable so I buy bottled spring water. That's the only way I get the water I need. I even cook with it!

When I was in UK there was no such thing as not drinking tap water just the way it came. Now when I return I see bottled water in the shops and distillers in the kitchen in homes. Is this progress making things good or ruining things I wonder? I came to Italy over 30 years ago and it was already then the normal thing to buy bottled water. Nowmany people have fitted purifiers to their taps. I drink bottled water because I'm very wary of what comes through the taps - odd life isn't it!
