Congrats for a new family member! I had a cat once myself too. And a friend of mine is working in a shelter (?don't know, is it a correct word for such an institution) for abandoned cats on weekends. She took one of them too, and even made her husband to agree with LOL!

I find that you can name animals what you like but they have the choice of answering. My daughter wanted to name my rabit blacky but the rabbit would not answer. One day he was out runing around and I called him baby boy well he must like that because he came over to me. The rabbits name is now baby boy bunny. My cousin got a little dog and I think his name was spunky. The dog would not come to you or even pay any attention to you when you called him by name. My cousin got mad one day and called him poop and it stuck. He loved that name. We all started calling him poop and he always came. Animals are smarter than we give them credit for. Most of the animals in my family have choosen their own names. I know it sounds strange but it is true. I hope you enjoy your cats and they enjoy their names. Animals are very presious and needs lots of love and attention.

Congrats. Cats always do better when there is more than one in the house. Mine do at least. They always have someone to play with and mess with as the case may be.

You really aren't giving your kittens booze or smoking pot close to them, are you? That would be kind of mean, don't you think? I have two cats and a dog and I would never smoke pot around them and least not with them in the same room. I wouldn't want them to get stoned.

Well congradulations on getting your new kitten that came w/ his own name I like it it's cute. I got my kitten when he was 5 months old and he came w/ his own name as well his name is Butterball. He was given to me by a friend from work and she said he was the plumpest of them all and her kids named him that he's black and white. Him and I have some good times together just rough houseing. Yes I wrestle w/ my cat and it's funny cause he puts me in head locks w/ his paws and kicks me w/ his feet. ( LOL ) I hope you enjoy your new kitten Take care.
