When my hubby and I lived together we were the upstairs people. And the biggest pain was our downstairs neighbor. She'd rattle our floor playing her stereo at 4 am. So I know of what you speak. There is a site for white noise downloads. Try www.luxevivant.com I think its a pretty secure site. Good luck.

There is NO HOPE for me joey! lol. My landlord is actually doing something about this now. I have to write down every disturbence that happens after 8pm. Since its not illegal to make noise through teh day even if its excessive apparently. And then they are going to the board of tenents and see what can be done about it. Although i hear this process takes a very long time. Maybe they will move out before that due to lack of funding for rent. He is a temp worker and she's a stay at home .. something.. i've never heard her baby, i dont believe she even has one there.

Turn your radio on a "non" station that is just static. This actually works really well. Give it a try, you might have to go through a few different ones to find one you really like, and then adjust the volume, But I think you might be satisfied. Good luck :-)
