Do you think weather changes can cause migraines? I seem to get them badly whenever the temp drops....I am not sure if it is the weather or just me tenseing from the cold.

it may just be that your body works harder to keep your body temp up when it gets colder and therefore causing more stress and the fact that you have to be out in the cold already makes you feel worse than you would on a warmer day. i know exactly how you feel, i get them all the time as well but that would be my guess

I think so, yes. It always happens to me, particularly during the beginning of summer or just before the rainy days.

Hi, it might not be just the drop in temperature because there could also be a drop or rise in the weather pressure system which our meteorologist often will say could cause aches and pains. Today is a good example. The temperature is a mild 61 and the sun is shining and I would normallly be out in the sun but can't stand the brightness because of my migraine. I've so looked forward to a warm sunny day. I was out in it a few minutes and that was all I could take. I'll try a few more minutes this afternoon.
