heals or gym shoes

I'm taking a survey of moms. when you go out with the family do you prefer to wear heal or gym shoes. Pre-baby I would sometimes wear nicer shoes even with jeans. It made me feel sexier. I've gotten lazy post baby and find that I am always wearing gym shoes. Has anybody else done this? Do heals make you feel for femine or are they just hastle especially while trying to juggle a baby and diaper bag????
