My Jazzercise instructor sprained her ankle really bad last week, so we do not have Jazzercise all this week! I do have another aerobics class that I take on Tues and Thursdays, but it is not nearly as fun!
I always feel better both physically and mentally after I have a good and fun workout like Jazzercise.
Are there any others out there who are work-outaholics like me? lol!

Oh yes, dancing is the best kind of exercise.. In fact, we go to a once a month Watch where we can dance for hours. Last Friday we went and I taught one that had 4 songs in a row, very aerobic. Then my daughter requested the Israeli Aerobics which no one had the choreography to, so we just guessed on much of it...lol (Israeli Aerobics says it all, very fast paced and complicated moves)
Since I am both student and teacher, I can dance anytime I want. I don't know how the Jazzercise program works, but can you remember enough to do it yourself at home?

Oh I love to dance! Jazzercise is mostly dance moves and it is so much fun! Anyone can do it really. It is awkward at first, but the more you do it, the easier and more fun it becomes!
I can do some at home, but I don't have much space! I will be falling over the coffee table, couch, etc! lol!

I could move some of the furniture, but that would still be very little space. I may do some jogging in place...some things that don't require a lot of moving space. I just want to get my heartrate up and then do some strengthening excercises.
I really love to excercise with other people. I don't do as well when I'm by myself!

Oh, what if you move everything against the wall? That is what I have to do, because the moves I make, I need a lot of room. Of course my biggest obstacle are my sons toys, especially those dreaded legos, OUCH!!! lol

Aww that's no fun.
I used to be a workoutaholic when I was younger, but my health just continues to degrade in ways that make it harder and harder. Lately I find walking home from work occasionally is about the best I can do, though I miss my fencing and dancing and other activities from my youth. :(
Hope you get to do Jazzercise again soon!

Thanks, lecanis!
Walking is excellent exercise! I would walk today, but it is really cold outside and blowing some flurries.
I'll just have to do something indoors that doesn't require much space! lol! I will workout some on my Total Gym.

Haha, at least yours is just flurries. I'm getting buried here! :P
I need to get myself some form of gym equipment for here. I do have a punching bag, which is awesome for me. Not just good exercise, but also a way of keeping my temper under control! :)

Not me. I am a laissez fair take it easy, work for a little while, get up, walk around, do something else, go down and bring up the laundry, find something else to do, work on myLot, think about writing my novel, find something else to do, type of person. I do love to exercise, but I thought workaholics were those types who are too busy working, that they have no time to myLot, or those who start a novel in the am and say, 'Bring me my coffee and a donut, I cannot even go to the washroom, so leave the bedpan here. And bring my lunch and my supper here and don't forget to --" :)

My doctors, including my specialist, have banned me from all exercise except walking, and specific back exercises that strengthen my back and also my stomach. I tried lifting two pound weights with an instructor, and it still messed up my back. But I'm so grateful that I can walk, so I don't mind. Just being able to move my legs makes me so thankful. I remember when I hardly ever got out of bed. So any exercise is something I enjoy. It's pretty cold now, and I walk outside, but I prefer the cold to the heat anyway. However, I would LOVE to know how to Jazzercise. : )

I wish I could find time to work out. But usually by the time I find time to do so, I am too tired! The best exercise that I can say that I get is the stairs at work. I take them instead of the elevator!
