Impaired Drivers getting away with murder

I am attending a funeral teusday for a friend of mine that was killed by a drunk driver!!! What is your opinion on impaired drivers? Do you think the government is to leaniant on them, here in Alberta it is supposed to be the hardest penalties on drunk drivers but I have heard of people that have 5 or 6 dui under there record and they still have their licence???? Do you think there should be more groups to fight against these people.
