Video Games that were made into movies - Not a good idea!

For years that video games have been out - for the nintendo, sega, playstation, xbox and even for the computer - there has been bad movies made that were based from the video game. I have to give credit to Angelina Jolie's two movies of Tomb Raider, Resident Evil and Doom. Now tracing back in history and now - I've watched older movies such as Super Mario Bro., Double Dragon, Final Fantasy Spirits Within, Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat and they were just flops, cheesy, poor acting and some of them that were made weren't even base on the video game - especially Super Mario Bro. Hitman was a great PC Game to begin with of course they recently released a movie last year of late 2007 - didn't do so well. Now there will be upcoming movies such as Halo and even Tekken. I just hope they do not mess up the plot of Tekken and to avoid putting cheesy characters and cheesy martial arts moves something that was similar from Street Fighter, Power Rangers, Mortal Kombat or Double Dragon.
