How much time do you spend working out a day?

I just started working out again. My main goal is to tone my abs, arms, and legs. I don't want to lose any weight. I workout about 30 minutes to an hour 3 days a week.

A brisk walk for 20mins twice daily. And a few stretching excercises for 10mins in the morning or evening. It doesn't result in building muscles though. It is just that prolonged slow excercise burns up fat.

I need to start walking again. Walking is really good for the abs. I always quit walking in the winter because it's too cold and I don't really like getting on a threadmill.

I have lapsed a bit with my workouts but looking at starting up again as I have a certain amount of weight i want to lose before April for a wedding. I usually exercise for an hour or more depending on how I feel each morning and its either at the gym or walking and jogging. I need to also incorporate weights as well.

Mom and I usually get up in the morning and do about 30-45 minutes of crunches and weight training and stretches. I really need to get more cardio but I'm just so busy.

It really depends on how much "free" time I have. Sometimes I have work at weird times because of the differing retail schedule and I won't have any time to get to the gym, even for a short workout. Ideally, I can make it to the gym for about half and hour to 45 minutes every couple of days. That gives me enough time to get a good workout in and feel good.

I work out about twenty minutes three times a day for three days a week, when I can. Sometimes it is about five minutes, but then I want to lose weight and not get any big muscles. So much of what I do is to do a lot of stretches, walks, and dancing steps. I want to get rid of those Popeye bulges on my arms, and flatten my stomach. It is starting to look like my rear end.

Actually I do not work out. I don't have any weight to lose, but I know I need to workout to stay healthy. That was part of my New Years resolution to start working out. I'm just like you, I just want to tone my abs, arms, legs, and butt. I want to start off working out for 30 minutes about 2 or 3 days a week.

I work out about 1 to 2 hours a day. I would start with brisk walking, then jog a little then I join the the earokick exercise. I do this at least 3 times a week. I haven't lost weight actually, but I find myself healthier and have developed higher resistance.

I don't really insist on working out. But I do try and spend at least 15 minutes a day to walk around somewhere everyday. I like to walk a lot and I include that as one of the working out exercise. I used to spend like 30 minutes twice a week to work out but then my job got too busy and I got no time for that. How sad!
