They just had a thing about this on Oprah last week. This Dr (forgot his name, I think it was Dr Oz or something like that) told this lady to soak her feet in warm tea water 3 times a week for about half an hour. Then they showed a segment after she had done it for a couple of weeks, and the gal said she didn't have sweaty/odorous feet like she used to. Hahaha, she was a college student, and they interviewed her roommate who also said that her friends feet were drastically improved. The Dr. said that the tannic acid in the tea toughened the soles of the feet some and they didn't sweat as much, reducing odor. I didn't do a search at Oprah's tv show site, but I'm sure the interview is probably there with a better explanation than I'm giving.

Here's two links to Dr Oz's item about using tea for stinky feet. This link is to the Oprah show's article about Dr Oz's treatment, takes you directly to the page. You use regular tea (like Lipton, or even generic). The people he had on the show that tried it swore it helped immensely. This short article explains why it works. At least it's an inexpensive, natural way to cure the problem. Note: you will see it's a slide presentation, the foot one is number 10. This link I gave you should take you directly there to the right part of the slide show though.

I don't have a stenchy feet but i got many friends and also according to my experience it depends on the word cleanliness. We should wash our socks after wearing once as there are different kinds of feet and some sweat a lot and for those sweaty feet they should be very strick about their socks they wear. Try being clean, wash your socks after every single wear than i guess our feet won't stink.

Who's feet are they Little Sis? Coffee is always a good cure so is tea and tomato juice. These are so good they kill the smell of skunk! A baking soda paste and then baking soda in the shoes after they are washed thouroughly. Give me time I'll come up with more.

Adoniah suggested coffee or tea and I just recently heard that soaking your feet each night in tea (any cheap tea will do) helps alleviate smelly feet. Just keep doing it until the smell goes away. I don't think it takes all that long, you could make the tea nice and hot, use the extra for a toddy, and relax and enjoy yourself while eliminating a smelly problem. Sounds good to me.

I think a baking powder foot bath could be useful. Just put some warm water and a nice amount of baking powder in a foot bath and soak them for awhile. And, to help, sprinkle some baking powder in their shoes. Not only will it help absorb the smell that is in the shoes, it will help absorb the moisture in the shoes as well so it won't create any more odor.

I read somewhere to soak your feet in mouthwash. Keep them dry, change socks twice a day and alternate your shoes so you don't wear the same pair 2 days in a row. This gives them time to dry out.
If it is sunny where you are, open them wide open and let the sun in there.
