This may or may not come as a shock to some people but I for one can believe it after the stuff I have seen on some credit reports. Here is just some of what I found out This is from a man who quit his job with a credit reporting company because what the company was doing was wrong. The reports were falsified. (quote)the credit reporting system is deliberately created to manufacture incorrect data and errors that adversely affect people’s credit so that they are forced to endure having to pay more in interests on the money they borrow. Some statistics report as many as 79% of all credit reports (that’s about 160 million reports from any one credit bureau!) contain sufficient errors! And on top of this, 25% were severe errors that greatly damaged people’s real credit worthiness!(unquote) Want to know who is behind this? Your good ole Uncle Sam! That's crazy! I'm going to have to go check out the site. Thanks Kowgirl for the information. I did my credit check like you had suggested on another discussion already but, I would like to read the site anyway.

Frankly I'm just sick and tired of being "screwed" by our government. This is just another way to keep us as slaves to them.

The sad part is the people who do this refuse to take the stuff off your report even after you have proven that it isn't yours. Even my lawyer is now fighting with them. On the last report we got for my son it had a statement on it that the names and/or social security numbers don't match....That's what we can not understand. If they don't match then why are they on there? Now I find out that I have 2 social security numbers. At least that's what is on one of my credit reports.
